adjust and readjust: Jan. 11, 2002 (5:01 pm)

he said something poetic. he said relationships are like parking spaces. ok maybe it's not poetic, maybe it's just an attempt to explain the unexplainable. to make something so abstract seem everyday. but that is beside the point. the point is sometime when you are parking you have to keep adjusting and re-adjusting until you're perfectly parked (and how many people park perfectly, anyway?). and there are some parking spots that are easier to get into than others, but that shouldn't mean that they are better parking spaces. but you know eventually you'll probably pull away and go find another parking spot...sometimes i wish people could say what they meant.
