yesterday i bought a disposable camera to take a picture of the kangaroo statue in takoma park that my friend missed seeing on his drive up to the co-op. the first time i walked down philadelphia avenue yesterday, there was a tv by the side of the road that reflected the passing cars. the image of reality in a tv screen was exciting but i'm pretty sure the photograph won't come out. oh yeah, another thing i discovered yesterday is that last year is past so i guess i can stop trying to capture it now.
