i told him i worry sometimes.

that i'm a bad listener. that our relationship is based on nothing but mutual self-interest. that we aren't fun.

we aren't fun.

we don't go to shows. or even laugh that much (ignoring my nervous giggles).

yet there is something more. we relate better to each other despite the fact we are on quite different trajectories. and maybe that's ok.

everyday i question our relationship less and less...

and maybe we will have fun. kissing is fun if it isn't all that validates a relationship or a sour taste in your mouth.
