when you call me at my co-op from your barracks i'm sure i'm excited only because it's nice to be loved even by people i could never love as long as i don't think about how they only think they do because i never talk about getting terribly sad while checking the oxford english dictionary online and seeing pictures of israel and lebanon and wrecks and smoke on the center of my new york times homepage.
