i don't like to watch how people have faded out of my life, either. and i hope they stay. i hope you stay. i want there to be others. but i don't want to have to replace you with them.

in twenty years i hope we can still share a bowl of soup and a tofu sandwich in the cold. photograph ourselves around dc. buy groceries. go to shows. discuss curent events. laugh by ourselves. tell the whole truth.

i just don't want to see this all go away.
