while i drove to a bar on friday night, i heard vivrant thing on the radio and thought of brett who left for la a year ago and who i thought that the thoughts of would dissipate and be replaced by more immediate stimuli and those subsequent resonances, but every so often small events remind me of him and those wonderfully less quiet periods.
