yesterday at work, i had darren tell me about the customers who had me call a manager to compain. he slowed his version with personal attacks at those fat-midwestern-housewives-who-look-like-they've-had-fifteen-children-and-who-are-deprived-of-love-because-their-husbands-leave-them-for-young-women-who-don't-look-like-hippos.
our supervisor told him not to worry, those women just wanted to be angry and i couldn't take darren's story too seriously because he seemed to just be angry back. jake once said perception is inevitable, but i hope mine can't be explained consistently by adjectives like angry or sad or excited or frustrated or border line personality disoder or anxiety or depression, just by my own name.
