lately, i've been measuring every show i see against that one kind of like spitting show. everyone else needs microphones and i haven't been feeling so excited to see people and no one's been looking at me when i speak. i remember that night was strange because i was listening to bedroom music; the songs i had never shared. there's a band that makes me think of summer that's playing monday and everyone's going because it's the cool place to go. despite all the shit i think about this one boy, i'll be happy to sit with him because i know he likes the band and is not just going to go out afterwords. it's good that we're going away.
