the problem with platonic friends is that someone says, 'oh, he is cute.' and you instantly feel threatened. 'cause they are offering something you are not.

i went to the last tmle show alone. this time i took the metro to a place i accidetly called ft. reno before (i miss the summer) with three of my frieds one of their friends and two girls i've known forever. and i gave shira my extra 'show me your riffs shirt.' and showed mary my haircut. and just generally knew quite a lot of people. which was nice.

i helped mat put his drum back into his car. we talked about how we became friends. because i stopped being so weak.
